- PROJECT: N-EWAS – New EVa Valuable Applications for Sustainability
The overall aim of the project is to enhance the company’s competitiveness through the development of new sustainable materials, the introduction of innovative moulding technologies and EVA recycling processes. The project has improved work organisation, production management and monitoring, ensuring greater efficiency, quality and sustainability.

3. PROJECT: EVA-REVOLUTION
The project supported the innovation drive at Tidei Agostino’s STEP division through an investment programme aimed at the technological modernisation of production processes and the development of advanced solutions for the moulding of EVA-based polymer materials. The project involved the introduction of a latest-generation 4-axis CNC lathe and advanced CAD/CAM software, to support the in-house production of strategic mechanical components and improve production efficiency, in line with the principles of Industry 4.0, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
OBJECTIVES
- Modernise production processes through the introduction of advanced machining technologies
- In-house the production of high-tech mechanical components
- Reduce production times and time-to-market
- Improve energy efficiency and reduce the use of resources and waste materials

Greater production autonomy in the manufacture of moulding machine components
